To expedite your request, be sure to include the make, model, and serial number of the machine(s) along with the nature of the problem and your direct phone number.
To Locate Your Serial Numbers:
Treadmills: look on the front of the machine or under the hood
Ellipticals: look on the back of the machine
Strength Equipment: look on the weight stack or on the main beam
Once we discuss your service request with you over the phone, one of our manufacturer-certified equipment technicians can typically get onsite within 24-48 to diagnose and fix your problems.
